Tuesday Wellbeing
Group
Our Tuesday Wellbeing Group runs every week from 10am to 4pm in our Social Club and is open to both Deaf and hearing people.
Participants are welcome to bring their own activities, or they can join in with the resources and materials we provide.
Many of our members enjoy crafts, card games, and seasonal creative projects. Over the year, we have offered sessions such as Spring flower arranging, pumpkin-themed floral crafts for Halloween, and a range of Christmas makes. These Christmas crafts are often sold at our festive Coffee Morning and Fayre, helping to support the group and showcase everyone’s talents.
We aim to provide a warm, inclusive, and relaxed environment where everyone can connect, be creative, stay active, and feel supported. Lunch is included each week, with meals changing regularly to keep things fresh and enjoyable.

From 1pm to 1:30pm, we are joined by Deafersify, who deliver a seated exercise class that is fully accessible and suitable for all abilities.
In addition, the group has previously taken part in healthy cooking workshops run by Warrington Voluntary Action, giving members the chance to learn new skills in a supportive setting.
The purpose of the Tuesday Wellbeing Group is to offer a safe, friendly, and comfortable space where people can catch up with friends, try something new, stay active, and feel part of a community.
For Deaf attendees, the group provides an accessible environment to explore new skills without communication barriers. For hearing attendees, it offers a welcoming place to learn or practise British Sign Language in a natural, social setting.
We welcome everyone—whether you’re looking to craft, chat, learn, or simply spend time in good company.
